Santa Maria Country Club is a private, Member-Owned, Equity Club established in 1921. Featured amenities include a premier 18-hole championship golf course, modern and fully equipped clubhouse, six lighted tennis courts and a six-lane swimming pool. Equity Golf Membership
Entitled to all rights, privileges and use of Club facilities. Privileges extended to the spouse and unmarried children under the age of 25 who are either living at home, full-time students, or serving in the US Armed Forces. Equity Members must be at least 21 years of age. They share equally in the ownership of the Club and all club assets. Members have full voting rights and the right to serve on the Board of Directors. Membership in the Club is by application to the Board. All applications for Membership must be endorsed by at least two (2) members in good standing and, if accepted, pay the initiation fee. Corporate Equity Golf Membership
This membership allows a business to designate one employee and three designees the use of the Club. Corporate memberships consist of a designated “A” member and allows for (3), “B”, “C” and “D” designees, all must be principles and/or current employees of the same business entity. The person designated as the “A” member is considered an equity member with voting rights and full family privileges including tennis and the pool. The “B”, “C” and “D” designees are non-equity members and hold no voting rights in the club, but do have full family privileges.
Junior Executive Golf Membership (age 21 - 35) & (36 - 39)
Provides access to the Club's facilities and amenities to include the championship 18-hole golf course, driving range, golf shop, tennis, swimming pool, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Privileges extended to the spouse and unmarried children under the age of 25 who are either living at home, full-time students, or serving in the US Armed Forces. Membership in the Club is by application to the Board. Dues are determined by age group.
(Convertible to Equity Membership by Age 40)
Tennis Membership
Provides full access to the Club's Facilities and amenities to include the pro shop, tennis, swimming pool, limited golf, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Family privileges will be extended to the Member, Member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Golf privileges are limited to 12 times a year and a maximum of 2 times in any one month at the guest fee rate.
Social Membership
Facility Privileges: Provides access to the swimming pool, limited golf, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Family privileges will be extended to the Member, Member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Golf privileges are limited to 12 times a year and a maximum of 2 times in any one month at the guest fee rate.
Social Corporate Membership
Corporate memberships consist of a designated "A" member and allows for (2) , "B" & "C" designees, all must be principles and/or current employees of the same business entity. Privileges will be extended to the Member, Member's Spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the club. Member Away Golf Membership
Membership is designed for Equity Members of another private country club whose permanent address is at least 50 miles from Santa Maria Country Club. To apply for this membership, applicant must present a letter from their primary club confirming Equity Membership or full golf and club privileges. A letter of confirmation will need to be presented every year.
Membership provides full access to the Club's facilities and amenities to include the championship 18-hole golf course, practice facilities, golf shop, swimming pool, tennis, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Privileges will be extended to the Member, Member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club.
